From a closet on the wharf to the heart of Old Monterey.
Founders Daniel and Thierry — both natives of northern France — opened Crêpes of Brittany in 2010 as an overflowing little corner of a coffee shop on Old Fisherman's Wharf. Patrons happily waited forty-five minutes for a turn to order.
Six years and a great deal of community love later, we moved into our own home on Alvarado Street: forty-five seats inside, forty more al fresco, and the same billig griddles turning out galettes all day long. Today that same passion lives on across two locations — one on the California coast, one in the heart of Texas.
